Originally from Wrenshall, MN, Justine is a local entrepreneur and dedicated mother of four children and four dogs. With a background in law enforcement from Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College and her roles as a volunteer firefighter and first responder, she brings a diverse set of passions to her work. Justine’s entrepreneurial drive is complemented by her adventurous spirit, as she enjoys racing cars and exploring health shops across the country for inspiration.
Her latest updates to EPIC Nutrition’s menu reflect her commitment to offering convenient, healthful options. Justine introduced Acai Bowls—a vibrant, frozen berry-based breakfast or snack topped with granola, bananas, and strawberries, with add-on options like chia seeds, almond butter, and chocolate chips for a customizable treat. Other new arrivals include Poppi drinks, a probiotic soda alternative, protein bars, and monthly seasonal favorites, including French Vanilla Pumpkin Coffee and Apple Pie Shakes. All beverages are served cold, ensuring a refreshing experience.
EPIC Nutrition’s Himalayan Salt Room, newly outfitted with cozy chairs, is an oasis where patrons can experience Halotherapy (Salt Therapy). This natural treatment is known to benefit conditions such as anxiety, respiratory issues, blood circulation, immunity, skin health, and more.
